How long will it take my order to ship? TOP
Orders usually ship in 2-3 business days, unless otherwise specified. Extenuating circumstances may increase this time, but whenever possible a notice will be posted on the homepage notifying my customers of any overall shipping delays. Product specific shipping delays are noted on the product's ordering page.

What shipping methods do you offer? TOP
We offer several shipping options during your checkout process. Our PREFERRED shipping method is the US Postal Service, however for the time being, we continue to offer UPS and FedEx delivery options.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to alter the shipping carrier at any time, without notice, to a comparable shipping method with a different carrier. This does NOT mean that if you chose Priority Mail, that we will ship your item Parcel Post! However if you chose, for example FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground, we may substitute this shipping method with USPS Priority Mail, as the estimated delivery times to most locations are similar.

Will you ship to me? TOP
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. We appreciate our overseas customers, but due to wholesale regulations with many of our manufacturers, we cannot ship items overseas. If you live outside the US or Canada, please contact us and we will be happy to help you find someone more local to you to purchase the item(s) you seek.

For those interested in our Thirsties product line, these items can only be shipped within the US. Thank you for understanding.

I live locally, can I pick-up my item? TOP
We appreciate our local customer base and understand the wish to cut out unnecessary shipping fees. Please contact us for details about receiving your item if you live locally. You may choose the local delivery option at checkout if you live within 20 miles of our location in St Marys, GA and are able to travel a short distance. A meeting place will be agreed upon in advance for order pickups.
At this time, for insurance purposes, we do not accept customer visits to our listed location.

Can I return an item I purchased? TOP
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, at this time, all SALES ARE FINAL on every product in our store. If you are having an issue with any item, please contact us and we will help you connect with the manufacturer, as most products include some time of warranty.

Can I exchange an item? TOP
Due to the high cost of shipping in almost all cases, we do NOT exchange items. We would be more than happy to help you with your product decision before purchase. It's easy to contact us and we are here to help!
NOTE: If the wrong item has been shipped to you (our mistake, not an ordering mistake) we will gladly take back the item you received and ship you the correct item at our expense.

I recieved the wrong item, what do I do? TOP
If the wrong item has been shipped to you (our mistake, not an ordering mistake) we will gladly take back the item you received and ship you the correct item at our expense. Simply contact us and we will get it straightened out for you immediately.
NOTE: We will NOT ship out your item until we receive a tracking number for your returned package!

Can I cancel my order? TOP
Due to our fairly fast processing and packaging time, we DO NOT accept order cancellations at any time. If you have questions before placing your order, we are glad to help you make an informed decision about your purchase.
